Requirements:
• Merchants who, first and foremost , operate in an ethical manner with an emphasis on unparalleled customer service;
• That all Customer Reward accounts be handled as detailed in the Reward Terms posted at the FREEblinds.com website;
• The posting of three small Program links on the merchant’s homepage for the purpose of generating cross promotion benefiting all Merchant Members. These are: an email newsletter sign up form; a link to the FREEshopping.com Forums; and a banner at the footer listing other Program Merchants.

#Category Specific Exclusivity is applied to merchants whose primary product or product line, along with the “accessories” that would logically be used in conjunction with the operation or function of those product or products, and/or is used to assist in maintaining, or servicing the product or products, make up a minimum total of 80% of their Internet sales when sold in combination.
Example: Merchant “A” holds the exclusive for the mattress category. Merchant “A” also sells, or includes, bedding item accessories such as mattress pads, protectors and linens as part of their program. Merchant “A” may sell or include those items when combined with a mattress sale for new customers and as a stand alone sale only to their previous customers who return to make an additional purchase at a later date. Merchant “A” will never be featured or listed in the Freeshopping directory as a source for bedding items. They would appear only under the mattress listing.
