Reward Program Terms & Conditions

Overview

The FREEshopping.com Rewards Program provides each customer the option to get back up to 100% of the cost of their product purchases at websites belonging to one of our Independent Associate Merchants. By referring others looking for quality products offered by the specific merchant(s) from whom they have previously made a qualifying purchase, entitles them to receive a 20% Reward of the cost of their purchase. And, they continue to receive similar Rewards from that same merchant for each subsequent purchase made using their assigned referral code, until they have been Rewarded back 100% of their purchase price, or five years has passed from the date of the original purchase.

The Specifics

Upon conclusion of their purchase from any of the FREEshopping.com Independent Associate Merchants, purchasers will be redirected to the FREEshopping.com Rewards Center and assigned a Referral Code Number;

During a 60 month period beginning from the date of the original sale, purchasers opting to participate in the Rewards Program distribute their merchant specific Referral Code to potentially generate Reward amounts from those specific merchants by directing additional purchasers to their website;

Reward amounts are generated and applied to the referring purchaser’s account each time a purchase is made by a referred purchaser until a cap, equal to 100% of their original product purchase*, has been reached;

Reward amounts are calculated at the rate of 20% of each merchant specific qualifying product purchase;

Reward credits are applied to the referring purchaser’s account upon the satisfactory completion of the referred purchaser’s order until a cap, equal to 100% of their original product purchase cap has been reached;

Credited reward amounts will be dispersed by each Independent Associate Merchant, in check form, on the last day of each month following the satisfactory completion# of the referred customer's order. Example: a referred purchaser's order is completed, to their satisfaction, in March; then on the last day of April, a check will be sent for that credited Reward amount. In the event the last day of the month falls on a weekend or a holiday, the dispersal will take place on the following business day;

Rewards amounts continue to be generated credited and dispersed through qualifying purchases, until 100% of the original product purchase amount has been refunded to the purchaser or the expiration term limit is reached.

Rewards Program offer expires 60 months from date of original qualifying purchase.

EXCLUSIONS: The FREEshopping.com Rewards Program is a customer referral program to Reward customers of an Associated Merchant’s website for purchases derived from referrals made to others (family, friends, associates, etc) by the original customer. The stated purpose is to bring new purchasers to their respective websites. Therefore returning customers may not use their own referral code for themselves or any member of their household" when placing future orders.

Rewards Program credits and refunds are based only on the initial purchases made by customers referred to each website by a previous customer of that same merchant specific website. Subsequent purchases made by returning customers to a particular website from which a Reward amount has been refunded, do not qualify for additional compensation from that website.

ANY ATTEMPT TO CIRCUMVENT THESE RESTRICTIONS WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE DISQUALIFICATION FROM THE PROGRAM!

FURTHER, DECORATORS, DESIGNERS, CONTRACTORS AND ALL OTHER PROFESSIONALS ARE PROHIBITED FROM PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROGRAM!

Reward Credit Amounts are merchant specific and non transferable.

All Rewarded refund amounts subject to State and Federal Regulation.

FREEshopping.com disclaims any responsibility for the failure of referred parties to log in the code, belonging to the referring party, when ordering.

FREEshopping.com disclaims any responsibility for non performance by any of our Independent Associate Merchants, but promises to remove any merchant failing to perform with the Terms & Conditions of the FREEshopping.com Rewards Program as detailed above.

These terms and conditions run in conjunction with any and all terms and conditions as posted on each Associated Merchants website.

*Product purchases amounts are the prices paid for actual products exclusive of any applicable taxes or surcharges. Adjustments made to original product purchase amounts, will correspondingly be reflected in qualifying Reward amounts.

#Satisfactory completion of an order is defined as a purchaser having received all items comprising their order in satisfactory working condition and that all terms of sale have been met.

"Orders placed by individuals with an identical shipping and/or credit card billing address as that of the referring program member shall be determined to be a member of the same household and will not qualify for a reward. Further, both individuals will be subject to disqualification from the program and forfiture of any and all other pending rewards.
